We can’t answer the meaning of life, what you should eat for din-din tonight, or whether or not you should tell your boss what you think of him before quitting in glorious fashion (while stealing the office stapler), BUT…
We can answer common questions related to our services below. :)

Our courses are suitable for intermediate and advanced speakers.
Most of our students are CEFR B1 and B2. Our classes are also great for C1 & C2 students to stay sharp!
If you are a beginner, our classes are not suitable for you. Please see common testing standards here. -
Students who miss a class may have their class reimbursed on a case-by-case basis.
Just email us through our contact page! -
If too few students sign up for a course, it may be cancelled or postponed until enough students sign up.
If cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If postponed, you may choose a full refund or wait for the class to fill up. -
Currently, we only accept payment through credit card.
Our card processor is Stripe, a famous and reliable brand.
If you have a preferred payment method, please reach out to us and let us know what it is.
We’d love to explore whether it’s possible to include it. -
Some students have an employer that offers an education budget as a work benefit.
If this applies to you and you need special proof of class attendance, feel free to contact us! We will issue you what you need in whatever style your employer requires.
Also, if you would like for us to reach out to your employer for you, we would love to do so!

Questions Before Registration

After payment, please be patient as we send you confirmation and introductory emails.
If used, lesson plans will be provided on a weekly basis before each class.
The class will be conducted through video software like Google Meet (does not require software download) or Zoom (requires software download).
In either case, you will receive class login codes in advance of class.
Besides that, come to class ready to talk! -
This may or may not be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a class is ever cancelled by Coursenomics, you’ll always get refunded. No worries!

No login is required for Coursenomics. You will be emailed after you register for a course.
Those who wish to create a login for faster checkout in the future may do so.
